The beautiful historic building in the center of Putney, Vermont, now hosts one of the most creative farm-to-plate dining experiences in Southern Vermont. The design concept takes advantage of underutilized space to include a full-size commercial kitchen with a special chef’s table in the midst of it all. Interior elements of the restaurant include built-in seating table arrangements and a breakfast and lunch cafe wing.
