The proposed facility is comprised of three buildings: the Cold Storage Shed, the Salt and Sand Shed, and the New Garage. The three buildings would help the Department to operate efficiently while taking full advantage of all existing infrastructure. They are situated on the site to take full advantage of the existing entrances, the site’s southern exposure, existing paved surfaces, and can be phased in so that the existing garage can be used while the new garage is being constructed.
